CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVAL & NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. To respect the time of both our practitioners and other clients, we ask that you please comply with our Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy outlined below. 

Late Cancellation Fee: 

Clients must provide a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost before your next appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please email us at westlanewellness@gmail.com or use our online booking system at www.westlanewellness.ca. 

Emergency or Sickness: 

Exceptions for late cancellations may be made at the discretion of management for emergencies or sickness.

Life happens, but missed appointments affect us all. Here's how we handle no-shows to ensure fairness to both clients and practitioners.

Notification Requirement:

We require at least 12 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a no-show fee. Missing an appointment without proper notice will result in a no-show fee of 50% of the booked service cost before your next appointment. After two no-show instances, future appointments will require prepayment.

By scheduling an appointment, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and effort.

Late Arrival Policy: If you are late for your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will end at the scheduled time and you will be charged the full price of your booked treatment.

Clients who use a route not listed in their email instructions (ie. “back roads”) are responsible for navigating their own way to their appointment. Clients are strongly encouraged to read their appointment confirmation email for the most accurate directions to our studio.

Chronic No-Shows: Excessive no-shows may result in the need to discontinue offering our services to the client.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to cancel, end, or refuse appointments to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

This establishment provides professional massage services only; myomassology and massage therapy treatments are strictly non-sexual. Any suggestive or inappropriate statements or actions will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be banned from further treatment at this clinic. The client will be required to pay the full cost of the session, and the police will be notified if appropriate.
