This establishment provides professional massage services only; myomassology treatments are strictly non-sexual. Any suggestive or inappropriate statements or actions will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be banned from further treatment at this clinic. The client will be required to pay the full cost of the session, and the police will be notified if appropriate.

Third party bookings will not be accepted - clients are responsible for booking and managing their own appointments. Thank you for understanding.

CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVAL & NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. To respect the time of both our practitioners and other clients, we ask that you please comply with our Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy outlined below. 

Late Cancellation Fee: 

Clients must provide a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost before your next appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please email us at westlanewellness@gmail.com or use our online booking system at www.westlanewellness.ca. 

Late Arrival Policy - with prior notice:

If you are late for your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will end at the scheduled time and you will be charged the full price of your booked treatment.

Late Arrival Policy - with no prior notice:

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment without notice, your appointment may be canceled and billed a 50% no-show fee at management’s discretion.

Emergency or Sickness: 

Exceptions for late cancellations may be made at the discretion of management for emergencies or sickness.

No-Show Policy:

We require at least 12 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a no-show fee. Missing an appointment without proper notice will result in a no-show fee of 50% of the booked service cost before your next appointment. 

A second no-show will result in a permanent ban.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to cancel, end, or refuse appointments to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

By scheduling an appointment, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and effort.
